Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ThrivoIQ website and platform (“Service”) provided by ThrivoIQ (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a community or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
The Service
ThrivoIQ provides resident-acquisition and management software for senior living communities, including a directory listing, CRM, communications, and resident/census features according to your plan. We may improve, add, or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term without notice.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually per community, in advance. Fees are stated at sign-up. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with advance notice.
Your data & ownership
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. We do not sell Customer Data. You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for having the rights and consents needed for any outreach you send through the Service. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating applicable law (such as telemarketing, messaging, or health-information rules that apply to your community), infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security, or using the Service to send unlawful or unconsented communications.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. ThrivoIQ is a sales and operations tool, not a provider of medical, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Term & changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate as provided in an applicable order or subscription.
